Twenty years after John Roberts became the 17th chief judge of the United States, he faces a term of the Supreme Court of the United States which seems to be a transformer for the country and its institutions. The way in which Judge Roberts and his colleagues sail on increasing distrust for the judiciary and set the limits of the presidential authority seem to be more and more likely to define his time to lead the court.
