By Jeff Montgomery (October 17, 2025, 8:26 p.m. EDT) – Michael Babich, former CEO of Insys Therapeutics, has agreed to a $30 million settlement as part of a bankruptcy trustee's effort to recover tens of millions in damages from company officials related to Insys' aggressive marketing of the opioid painkiller Subsys, according to a settlement in the Delaware Court of Chancery filed Friday morning….
