By Aaron Keller (October 17, 2025, 7:16 p.m. EDT) – Connecticut school construction manager Kosta Diamantis admitted during cross-examination Friday that he threatened to remove a masonry subcontractor from his jobs in Tolland and Hartford if he did not pay him what he claimed was a legitimate and agreed-upon fee of $70,000 for preparing an introduction to a general contractor.
