By Dorothy Atkins (October 21, 2025, 10:48 p.m. EDT) — Apple on Tuesday urged the Ninth Circuit to drop a mandate preventing it from charging any commission on iPhone app purchases made outside of its systems, blasting the district court's “fatally broad” injunction and arguing that the court's zero commission rule is “the antithesis of an appropriate remedy for contempt civil”.
