Crypto Scammer Admits Role in $263 Million RICO Plot

An eighth defendant has pleaded guilty to participating in a scam ring, accused of stealing at least $263 million in cryptocurrency from victims across the United States to spend on expensive goods, prosecutors announced Tuesday.
