By Lauren Berg (November 18, 2025, 9:29 PM EST) — JPMorgan Chase & Co. asked the Delaware Chancery Court on Monday to suspend any advance of legal fees to Charlie Javice, the convicted founder of college financial aid startup Frank, saying his requests for fees to appeal his criminal conviction “exceed any semblance of reasonableness.”
