Pharma Co. executive faces $125,000 SEC judgment in fraud case

A federal judge in New York on Wednesday approved a $125,000 civil penalty against the former chief scientific officer of BioZone Pharmaceuticals Inc. for his alleged involvement in an alleged pump-and-dump scheme involving the company's stock.
