Florida Department of Law Enfurcement Agents Decree The interim mayor of the city of Port Richey Terrence Hagan Rowe, 64, accused him of obstruction of justice on Wednesday, a conspiracy in order to commit an obstruction of justice and the use of a bidirectional communication system to facilitate the commission of a crime.

According to the agency, the agents received information that Rowe conspired to interfere with an active criminal investigation.

Rowe was the interim mayor of Port Richey since the previous mayor, Dale Glen Massad, was arrested in February following an incident where he had drawn a weapon at the Sheriff’s Bureau of the ComtĂ© de Pasco at his home to serve a mandate.

Rowe was transported to Pasco County prison for a deposit of $ 15,000. Rowe posted a deposit overnight.

The obstruction of justice is not a minor offense. It is in fact a criminal offense that can have serious implications for your freedom, your life and your livelihoods. The crime embodies many behaviors, in particular by providing false information to a police officer, hiding relevant equipment for a prosecution, or by destroying or disguising physical information.

If you have been accused of obstructing justice, you must obtain a criminal defense lawyer immediately to make sure that your rights are protected. Due to the severity of this offense, you must act quickly because you could face more heavy fines in prison. OUR County County Criminal Defense lawyers With Whittel & Melton can reconstruct a strong defense against these accusations or work to obtain a advocacy agreement without difficulty in prison.
