The American mafia continues to be a constant source of inspiration for Hollywood. With a story filled with vicious bosses and killers of crazy attics, film producers have an endless supply of good crowd. The actor Mark Wahlberg is the last to use one of the most infamous figures of Cosa Nostra to mark a big blow … on the silver screen which is.

Wahlberg was recently photographed on the set of his next film “By Any Might” sporting a typical Wiseguy look. The film tells the story of a notorious mafia hitman (played by Wahlberg) and a young black FBI agent who teams up to investigate the murders of civil rights leaders in 1966 Mississippi.

It is very similar to the story of Colombo Crime Family Soldier Gregory “The Grim Reaper” Scarpawhich continued such a mission.

Greg Scarpa

A complicated man, Scarpa was one of the most dreaded gangsters in the streets of America, but was also a rat. He gave federations information on all kinds of crimes while committing a serial murder for the mafia.

Or for anyone or organization who needs their fatal muscle.

To look a little more like Scarpa, Wahlberg added a lot of weight – as in fat – to its muscle frame and let her hair grow. As it was custom in the 1960s, Wahlberg also sported long favorites. To transform his face, he also wore chin and nose prostheses.

That it will work depends on his game, of course. Wahlberg is joined by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Nicole Beharie, Giancarlo Esposito, Josh Lucas, David Struthairn and Ethan Embry.

In 2015, Johnny Depp underwent a similar transformation to represent Boston Mob Boss James “Whitey” Bulger In the film “Black Mass”. More recently, Robert Deniro did the same to play not one but two New York mafia boss in “Alto Knights. “”
