A former commissioner of the New York police department continued mayor Eric Adams on Wednesday and other city officials in front of a federal court alleging that they led the police service as a criminal company who hid a fault, paid millions of dollars from taxpayers to politically linked officers and reproduces against him and his wife when he made a whistle.
