By Lauren Berg (November 13, 2025, 11:44 p.m. EST) — Bank of America and Bank of New York Mellon Corp. urged a federal judge in Manhattan on Thursday to drop lawsuits accusing them of enabling Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking enterprise and failing to timely report the late sex offender's suspicious transactions, saying the “thin allegations” do not connect the institutions to the crimes.
