By Rae Ann Varona (October 24, 2025, 10:12 p.m. EDT) — A New York federal judge on Friday declined to further reduce the eight-year prison sentence a crypto entrepreneur is serving for his role in a $36 million crypto fraud scheme, citing his “history of fraudulent behavior” and lack of “extraordinary” circumstances sufficient to warrant a reduction of sentence.
