The Turncoat Bonanno Partner / Former Podcastor Gene Borrello was returned to prison for violating the conditions for its supervised release.

Borrello, 38, was sentenced to six months by a Judge of Brooklyn Federal Court on Wednesday for participating in podcasts on organized crime and to associate with other criminals.

“Do you want to know (why) I went there?” Borrello said of his podcasting buffoonemeries According to a daily newst. “I’m going to be honest with you. All the other cooperators are there and I am not allowed to do so. Sammy Gravano is there to talk about people. ”

“I don’t like being an idiot,” said the judge. “It bothers you, of course – it’s the essence of confidence.”

Borrello helped the Brooklyn federal prosecutors put more than 21 gangsters, then spent about five years in prison for committing crimes that could have been able to make him a perpetuity sentence. A judge sentenced him to a period and a probation in 2019.

Then, instead of staying on the right and narrow, Borrello returned to a rupture behavior of parole, including by participating in YouTube podcasts to reshuffle his criminal past with the former partner of Gambino John Alite, argued the prosecutors.

He and Alite launched the Johnny & Gene Show around March 2020, when the initial wave of COVVI-19 hit New York.

The Johnny and Gene Show lasted about a year until March 2021, when Borrello was sentenced to four months in prison, followed by six months of residual residence and three additional years of probation. It was also forbidden to make podcasts and set foot in Howard Beach, Queens.

Borrello had been arrested previously this year for threatening to kill the husband of his ex-girlfriend and injured her father after refusing to grant her the rights to use a photo of her in an ebook.

“The threats he made are very, very serious,” as American lawyer Lindsay Gerdes said to a Federal Brooklyn judge during a bailing hearing in February 2021.

“He said:” At the minute when you call me the cops and you develop these balls, you look, I’m going to blow your husband’s head right away in the middle of the street “”, said Gerdes, judge magistrate Robert Levy.

“Remember what I was doing. I’m going to catch your father right now and beat the dog sh-of him. Be happy not to catch yourself and your husband and your ugly husband by the neck and hang around on the street,” she said.

Gerdes also said that Gene had “published videos of himself on social networks holding thousands of dollars, wearing costly Rolex watches, leading to a high-end Porsche and wearing thousands of dollars in creative clothing”.

She urged the judge to hold Borrello without surety, citing his inability to control his temperament and his vast criminal history.

At the end of the one hour hearing, judge Levy rejected a deposit package and ordered Borrello’s detention.

“It is difficult for me to see clear and convincing evidence that you could hold back in the future,” he said. “I will deny the surety.”

“I took orders from Ronnie G and Vinny Asaro,” said Gene,

Gene was disrupted that the news from Gang Land had described him as an “animal” who “forced himself in the houses of the law respectful of the laws, attached them, placed a gun at their head and stole their economies of life and their personal effects.”

Borrello, according to gang terrain, is a Lowlife thug, as well as a crime wave to a man who led a team that has achieved terrifying break -ins – and who also pulled wool in the eyes of the federals while helping them to store more than 20 bad guys from Bonanno, notably Giallanzo and Asaro.

“I was not the boss, Ronnie was – it was he who lived in the $ 3 million house in the area, not me.”
