Two grandsons of the deceased boss of Gambino’s crime, John Gotti, were arrested and accused of having attacked a former family friend.

The cops said that the Brothers Frankie Gotti, 27, and John Gotti, 31, son of the youngest son of the fire boss, Peter, were arrested after having attacked Gino Gabrielli, who was accused of having entered a house associated with one of the brothers and theft of $ 33,33.

Gabrielli, an alleged mafia partner, was arrested on Sunday and accused of burglary, great theft and criminal possession of stolen goods after the break -in.

Without satisfied with the arrest, the brothers found Gabrielli with his mother at Howard Beach and administered a beat in front of his own mother, officials said.

Frankie and John Gotti were arrested before judge Sharifa Nasser-Cular before the Queens Criminal Tribunal on Tuesday evening. They were released from their own commitment without surety and should return to court on August 7. They said nothing when leaving the court.

In 2015, the federal authorities said Gabrielli accidentally burnt down while burning the Mercedes-Benz of a Queens businessman who had ceased to make his annual earnings to an angry crowd captain involved in an extortion program.

The victim’s home security video system caught Gabrielli, first saw the one -year -old car turned off with an accelerator, fleeing the premises with his fire pants.

Gabrielli pleaded guilty to the criminal fire in August 2016.

In 2017, John Gotti, the grandson, was sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty of having sold Oxycodone pills in New York.

At the time, his lawyer, Gerard Brown, said that the name of his client was a blessing and a curse.

“His last name is what his surname is and he always walks with a target on his back,” said brown. “It is a double edge sword, I think that sometimes the name is a cross (to wear), but sometimes I think it is a blessing. They are a beautiful family, they have been very favorable to him from the first day. They are really together, the whole family.”
