By Jarek Rutz (October 30, 2025, 3:28 PM EDT) — The co-founder and former CEO of MayStreet Inc. sued the London Stock Exchange Group PLC and some of its subsidiaries in Delaware Chancery Court on Thursday, claiming they induced him to sell the company with false promises of growth and then failed to honor post-closing obligations under the merger agreement.
