New York City Comptroller Brad Lander denied Friday that he obstructed Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents while monitoring proceedings in a building where immigrants have been detained as part of President Donald Trump's crackdown, saying he intended to prove that ICE was responsible for the scuffle that followed.
