The Court will probably publish in the coming days a trial schedule in the context of the recusal requests against the other alleged defector deputies.

Besides Prakash Goud (Rajendranagar), Yadaiah (Chevella), Mahipal Reddy (Patancheru) and Krishna Mohan Reddy (Gadwal), the other 'defeated' MLAs are Danam Nagender (Khairatabad), Kadiyam Srihari (Ghanpur Station), M Sanjay Kumar (Jagtial), Pocharam Srinivas. Reddy (Banswada), Tellam Venkat Rao (Bhadrachalam) and Arekapudi Gandhi (Serilingampally),

On September 29, the Tribunal held the first series of hearings during which the applicants themselves were cross-examined by the respondents' lawyers.

BRS MLAs Kalvakuntla Sanjay, Chinta Prabhakar and Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, who had filed the disqualification pleas, were cross-examined by the respondent MLAs' lawyers. The depositions that day focused on the allegations and circumstances cited in the petitions.
