After more than a decade of disputes, the travelers of George Washington Bridge who claimed that the “Bridgegate” traffic had violated their constitutional rights informed the New Jersey Federal Court that they would not pursue their complaints individually after the third circuit refused its request for an interlocutory call for the certification of class refusals.
