One of the illegal migrants who allegedly killed a Mexican border agent when he asked to see their identification papers, he was linked to the violent Venezuelan prison gang, Tren de Aragua – as it was revealed, the immigration official was brutally beaten with a stone.
The federal agent, identified as Luis Alberto Olivas García, was ambushed by a group of three migrants at a checkpoint in the northern state of Chihuahua on December 30, according to Mexico's National Migration Institute.

“One of them has tattoos that we identified as probably being related to the Tren de Aragua,” Gilberto Loya, Chihuahua’s public security director, said in an interview with Border Report.
“We have shared this information with other agencies and are waiting for the next binational meeting to verify it in the (U.S.) databases,” Loya added.
The disturbing attack took place as Tren de Aragua gangsters invaded the border in El Paso and threatened to attack troops patrolling the U.S. side. according to a Texas law enforcement memo recently disclosed to the Post.
In a recent stampede attempt, 20 Venezuelan gangbangers attempted to violently cross the border carrying blades, tire levers and broken alcohol bottles.

Members of the prison gang sparked a crime wave in the United States after crossing the US-Mexico border into Texas posing as asylum seekers.
