Hells are a great contradiction. It is based on the violation of the law, but those who inhabit must adhere to a lot of other laws. The laws of the mafia, bikers, gangs that try to control as much as possible of this world. A mother of two 25-year-olds living in Richmond, Virginia, tried to sail in this world as a member of a subset of the Almighty Black P. Stone Gang. Unfortunately, she spoiled, in one way or another. And paid the ultimate price.

Although we do not know exactly what was the error of Ty’osha Mitchell, other members of the Norfolk faction of The Mad Stone Bloods Gang, also known as Gang Baby Gorilla Vietnam, a subset of the Almighty Black P. Stone Gang, were annoyed and ready to literally launch it.

Early in the morning of May 6, 2023, one of the leaders of the gang, Hzekiah Carney, 26, of Norfolk, in Virginia, arrived in his apartment with his colleagues member of Gang Jamica Langley, Donnisha Goodman and Acacia Jackson to beat her out of the gang and revoke her members. After beating Mitchell in a pulp, they left the apartment.

Removal and execution

Bruised and beaten, Mitchell sat alone and asked a guy she knew to come to her apartment. They were together when, an hour after the blows, Goodman, Jackson, Carney and Langley returned to his apartment with his colleague Jayquan Jones. This time, some of them were armed and wore masks.

Again, they attacked Mitchell. The man who had come to his apartment was afraid, he would also be injured, so he jumped out a window and ran. When he returned to the apartment, he found that he was empty and called 911, telling the police that Mitchell had been taken from her house in a black sonata in Hyundai.

Gang members had forced Mitchell in the Hyundai Sonata and led her about an hour east of Richmond in a region distant from the county of York, Virginia. After forcing it from the vehicle, Jones and Goodman executed it by pulling it at least eight times to the head, the abdomen, the back, the buttocks and the legs.

Upon his return to Portsmouth after the murder, Carney ordered Goodman, Jackson and Langley to burn their clothes, stay together and not speak with the police.

Mitchell was then found by a jogger on the side of the road with several ball wounds. When the police searched Mitchell’s phone, they found that they had “important gang ties” and was the “highest gang member” in the Mad Stone Bloods gang.

Caught the next day

The day after the murder, on May 7, 2023, the Norfolk police service located the sonata with Jackson, Goodman and Langley in the car. From the car, the police recovered a 9 mm cartridge which displayed the same brands as the envelopes found on the murder scene.

In Auguste, on 29 2024, Carney, Goodman and Jones pleaded guilty to the use of a firearm causing death, and Langley and Jackson pleaded guilty to have plotted to commit a kidnapping. On January 7, Goodman was sentenced to 35 years in prison and Langley was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Yesterday, Carney and Jones, 22, were each sentenced to 38 years in prison for federal accusations concerning kidnapping and murder.

Jackson is expected to be sentenced on February 13.

“Violence of cold blood gangs”

“The accused attacked and kidnapped a mother of two 25 years old, led her to a distant place and murdered her by pulling her eight times,” said Antoinette T. Bacon, responsible for the supervision of the criminal division of the Ministry of Justice. “The violence of cold and insane blood gangs like this affects entire communities.”

“Today’s conviction marks another important step towards justice for the victim, his family and the community. Although no pain can never cancel the pain caused by this tragic crime, we hope that this result will lead to a closure, “said special agent Anthony Spotswood from the alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives (ATF) Washington Field Division.
