Washington crime bosses are part of the La Nuestra Familia prison in the state

A large “familia”. This is how we could describe the criminal partnership between several gangs on Washington Street and Infam Nuestra Familia prison gang. The authorities impatiently separated the family before they can grow even more. Three bosses of Washington's state crime were convicted of their role in facilitating criminal activities of the Nuestra Familia.

Evidence has shown that Nuestra Familia (NF) tries to make a targeted push to bring their “hardcore” principles and lessons in the state of Washington. The doctrine of the NF dates back to the late 1960s and was encapsulated in several written documents, to include their own “constitution”. The rules of this criminal organization are compulsory and not negotiable.

NF's leadership claims that they are engaged in this struggle for the improvement of Norteños – called “the causa” or the “NF movement”. Many people who have left the gang said that the causa is a cunning because it is simply a question of earning money to perpetuate the criminal organization, who does not hesitate to use violence to achieve their goals.

This persistent prison gang deliberately targets minors to recruit in the gang, then the endoctrine in their myopic lifestyle. These children learn that if they are worthy of Norteños, they will commit crimes and meet in prison – they must therefore follow the rules of the NF to be “in good standing” to comfortably purge their inevitable prison sentence. To advance further, these children “owe a body” to advance their “careers” of a lifetime.

“These omnipresent criminals intentionally seek the next generation with the explicit objective of transforming children into criminals by knowingly knowing that these children will be part of the gang for the rest of their lives, and commits crimes inside and outside prisons across the country to prolong an American bill which was sold in this case.

The three condemned gang bosses are: Jacenir Dasilva by Moses Lake, Washington, who was sentenced to 10 years in federal firearms; Jesus Mireez of Yakima, Washington, who was sentenced to almost 7 years in federal firearms; And Thomas Lee Weatherwax of Spokane, Washington, who was sentenced to more than 6 years in federal prison for money laundering and conspiracy of drugs, to be purged after having finished his current prison sentence for assault in the first degree with a fatal weapon.

Meet Jacenir “Serio” Amezcua Dasilva

Dasilva is the head of the Pancho Villa Loco Lico (“PVL”). In this role of leadership, he transmitted the radical lessons of NF and the importance of membership in Norteño to the “14 obligations” of NF, which is the compulsory Code of conduct of NF for Norteños. He was also named “Channel” of Grant County by NF Leadership, a very prestigious position within the hierarchy of NF.

As “Channel”, Dasilva supervised Norteño and NF's interests on all sets of Norteño in its geographic area. It also facilitated all the activities necessary to ensure the success of the pursuit of the Criminal Company of the NF, including the movement of money, the organization of gang meetings, the discussion of questions of common interest with other sets of Norteño, transmitting the messages to the “street”, and participating in the internal “surveys” of NF to fault – which is actions from the Gang. The imprisoned Norteños would also contact Dasilva to transmit imports of Norteño, which would include staging activities in “The streets”. In the case of Dasilva, this included assistance with the issuance of an “killing” prescription for an individual that certain members of NF were an informant.

Dasilva was deeply invested in the continuation of Norteño's lifestyle. He directed Norteño's interests in Green Hill School, a minor detention center which has become a “training field” for the next generation of Northern gang members that the gang has endocked in Hardcore NF doctrines.

Several witnesses have identified the Green Hill School as “the school of gladiators” because of its large population of members of Gangs de Sureño – the sworn enemies of Norteños. The young people of Norteño know that in Green Hill, they will have to fight every day – and if they survive, they will be considered to be worthy NF gladiators. Some young Norteños have gone so far as to commit new serious crimes with the specific intention of being sent to this minors center.

Meet Jesus “Dizzy” Antonio Mirelez

Mirelez was previously sentenced in Federal Court for his unlawful possession of Two Firearms and High-Capacity Magazines in 2022. Notely, one of the Firearms Mirelez Pled Guilty to Possessing in 2022 was linked by the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (“Nibin”-A National Database That Stores Digital Images Of Ballistic Evidence, Including Fired Bullets – To Six Separate Shooting Scenes in the Yakima Valley in 2022.

During the process of determining the sentence in his case in 2022, he promised in court that he would not waste the possibility of changing his life. However, once he served his 2022 sentence and was released on federal surveillance, Mirelez continued his penal conduct without break.

Only four months after being condemned and promising changes, he relied on the radicalization of his Norteño gang set of the Yakima region, the Raza (“LR”), and aligned them on the doctrine of the hard core of NF. He was also appointed to a management position in LR – as an official “channel”.

His penchant for the victimization of the community has also led. A few months later, he was drunk and confused a random citizen as Sureño and tried to harm the citizen and follow the citizen in his residence. When he was rejected, he pulled several bullets towards the citizen's residence. About a month later, Mirez did the same thing, which trained a car shooting that ended by crushing his car. The twice, Mirelez ran from the police and threw his firearms in places where children could potentially find them, putting the community more in danger.

Mirelez also helped NF members to pay for their compulsory NF taxes on the profits of their illicit companies. He even enlisted his mother, Melissa Mirelez, to make the “streets” say after his arrest on whom he thought that the informant in his case was – in the specific goal of ensuring that the individual would be killed.

Meet Thomas “Wax” Lee Weatherwax

While serving a 57 -year -old state sentence for assault in the first degree with a fatal weapon in which he fired several individuals that he confused with Surrenos, Weatherwax continued to engage in criminal activities inside the penitentiary of the state of Washington (“WSP”) in Walla Walla, Washington. Weatherwax, a member of the Spokane region, Norteño Gang established “Red Boyz”, has chosen to continue his Norteño career by engaging in a plan to pass medicines in the WSP to sell to other prisoners, then to whiten these drug products.

Weatherwax has kept meticulous registers of its inventory, its profits and “tax” payments that were made at NF. Following his conduct and being a good soldier for the cause of the NF, he was promoted by the management of the NF to a post of authority in 2023 as a member of the REGIMENTAL NF Security Department Council of the WSP (the “RSD”). In this role, Weatherwax was one of the three prisoners of Norteño responsible for supervising the interests of the NF and the success of the NF movement in all the installations of the Washington Department of Corrections (“Doc”). Weatherwax was appointed head of the “Finance” department. As explained by NF leadership in a message sent and received via mobile mobile phones.

In its role as leadership, Weatherwax supervised the “daily” tasks within the WSP, as well as the management of global responsibilities compared to all the Norteños in the Doc programs of Washington. As a front -line supervisor in a consumer company, Weatherwax managed its team (Norteños in the WSP Delta wing) and reported the team's work to its NF supervisor:

As a WSP leader, Weatherwax was responsible for the accounting of the controlled substances present in the WSP to distribute to other prisoners as well as for money accounting due to NF. In addition, Weatherwax and his RSD cohorts were also in charge of Norteños' important operations in all Doc de Washington prisons, which included disciplinary decisions that had been blessed by the NF management.

For example, the RSD followed the directive to “delete” a Norteño called “Joker” from the property in a Washington Doc installation on the basis of its transgressions of perceived rules. Weatherwax then pointed out that the prescription was made by a “filter” (a secret writing) to the management of NF. Washington Doc confirmed that on March 19, 2024, “Joker” was beaten in prison by several Norteños until a non -lethal chemical irritant was deployed by guards. Overall, Weatherwax played a crucial role in the continuous success of the continuous criminal enterprise of NF and the ability to whiten the product of drugs in pursuing its criminal mission.

Put an extreme danger

The United States prosecutor, Pete Serrano, commented on the extreme danger posed by these gang members, “even withdraw these predators from our communities and put them behind bars was not enough to prevent them from engaging in violent crimes in progress and victimizing our communities”.

Serrano underlined the collaboration efforts of the police to investigate this new NF threat and hold responsible managers: “The conduct of NF members is unacceptable, but it will always be overwhelmed by the dedication and commitment of the office of the American lawyer, ATF, BOP and our federal partners and the tribes of proxy. be the prey of dangerous gang members. »»
